We offer a range of tennis programs designed to meet players at every stage of their development, from beginners just getting started to advanced athletes aiming to compete. Some programs are available at both our Golden Eagle and Maclay locations, while others are unique to each site, tailored to the facilities and coaching expertise available.
At both locations, we focus on age-appropriate skill levels and use proven training progressions to help players build confidence, technique, and competitive ability. Whether you’re looking for group clinics, private lessons, or specialized training, we have programs designed to help you reach your tennis goals in the location that works best for you.
Our Beginner Programs are focuses on learning the fundamentals of tennis in a fun and supporting environment. Tennis demands advanced motor skills including precise movement, ball tracking, and timing. This program introduces tennis-specific drills and athletic activities such as rolling, tossing, and footwork exercises to build strength, coordination, and on-court confidence
At the Golden Eagle location, beginners can enroll in the Elite Early Starter and Beginner Intermediate programs, which focus on building basic skills and confidence on the court.
Meanwhile, the Maclay location offers the Red Ball program, following the USTA QuickStart format to help young players learn the game with appropriately sized courts and slower balls. Both locations provide excellent options for beginners to develop a strong foundation in tennis.
Skill Level - Beginner (Ages 6-10)
Our intermediate programs are designed for players who are past the basics and ready to develop real match-play skills. Sessions focus on refining technique, improving court coverage, and learning how to rally with purpose. Players start to think more strategically, gain confidence under pressure, and build the physical and mental habits needed for competitive play. It’s a key stage where passion for the game deepens and real progress begins to show
At Golden Eagle, the Intermediate program emphasizes live-ball drills, footwork patterns, and situational play to develop match-ready skills.
At Maclay, the orange ball program challenges players with a faster ball and a larger court space, encouraging quicker decision-making and sharper technique. Both locations offer structured environments that push players to grow their game and prepare for higher levels of competition.
Skill Level - Intermediate (Ages 10-18)
The Elite/Advanced After School Program for juniors combines five key focus areas: technical development, competitive match play, match strategy, mental toughness, and strength and conditioning. This comprehensive training prepares tournament-level players to excel in competition and reach their highest potential on and off the court.
At Golden Eagle, all advanced programs use yellow balls and full-sized courts, offering players a high-performance environment that mirrors tournament play.
At Maclay, advanced players progress through the green and yellow ball programs, each designed to build speed, control, and tactical awareness. Both locations challenge athletes to elevate their game and prepare for competitive match situations.
Skill Level - Advanced (Ages 12-18)
Our summer camps are designed to provide players of all skill levels with an engaging and fun environment to develop their tennis game. Available at both Golden Eagle and Maclay locations, these camps focus on building fundamental skills, improving technique, and fostering a love for the sport through a mix of drills, games, and match play. Whether your child is just starting out or looking to sharpen their competitive edge, our summer camps offer something for everyone in a supportive and energetic setting
